Our Statement of Belief

Ø     We believe there is one God in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

 Ø     We believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, who rose from the dead by the power of God and ascended to heaven where He’s seated at the right hand of the Father.

 Ø     We truly believe the bible to be the infallible Word of God given to mankind by divine inspiration.

 Ø     We believe all mankind has sinned and fallen away from God and therefore in need of a Saviour.

 Ø     Salvation is a gift from God to mankind received by faith.  It does not rely on good works or individual ability/personality, but is based totally on God’s love and grace toward mankind.

 Ø     We believe the church to be a group of people called our (from sin) and who assembles together for the common purpose of seeking, communicating and fellowshipping with God and each other.

 Ø     We believe water baptism to be symbolic of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ and representative of the believer’s death to the old and being raised to walk in newness of life.

 Ø     The Holy Communion is symbolic of Christ’s body that was broken for us.  The bread representing His body and the wine His blood broken and shed for our redemption.
